Eagle Fitness Combine
On February 6, SFC Athletics will host its first official sports combine event. All SFC Upper School students are invited to participate in this event that will be led by an elite speed & performance coaching staff. THE COMBINE WILL BEGIN AT 9AM FOR ALL ATHLETES AND CONCLUDE BY 11AM. PLEASE ARRIVE by 8:30 FOR WARM UP.
A combine is an event where athletes are put through tests to showcase their athletic abilities. Each of the events in the combine will be filmed for our student-athletes.
Eagle Combine events include:
40 Yard Dash
Broad Jump
Vertical Jump
5-10-5 Cone Drill
Bodyweight Bench Press
Baseball, softball, and football may have additional events
The test results allow our underclassmen to capture a baseline of their fitness, which they can use as building blocks as they matriculate through their high school career. For upperclassmen, the film and stats of their individual performance can be used as a promotion tool in their college recruiting. College recruiting is not an exact science, but the more information coaches have, the more informed decisions they can make.

Please note that all current Covid safety protocols will be adhered to per the SFC Athletics On Campus Fitness Program Protocol. Unfortunately, no spectators will be allowed.
