The Lady Eagles claimed a 7-3 victory on Monday to move to 2-1 on the season. SFC got things moving in the first inning, when Olivia Anderson homered over the right field wall on a 2-0 count, scoring two runs.
The Eagles tallied four runs in the fifth inning. Santa Fe Christian Varsity Eagles big bats were led by Anderson, Rylee Olson and Maddie Binnie, Torin Bennett and Kayla Crecion all with hits. Anderson and Olson each had multiple hits for SFC.
Anderson got the start for Santa Fe Christian Varsity Eagles. Anderson lasted seven innings, allowing three hits and three runs while striking out 12. The defense was strong all game making many tough plays for putouts inn the game.
The Lady Eagles next play at Classical Academy on Wednesday 3/15.
