What a night to remember!
The Varsity baseball team took the field at Petco Park and beat an undefeated Escondido Charter HS by the score of 15-0.
The Eagles jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first inning and never looked back. Offensively the Eagles had 15 hits at the plate to go along with a 3-run inside the park HR by Senior Cooper Whitton!
Not only was the offense firing on all cylanders...Senior Jackson Bush was nearly perfect on the mound. He threw a complete game, shutout, no-hitter with 14k's! The last time an SFC pitcher threw a no-hitter was back in 2015 when Cole Acosta tossed a perfect game against Cayon Crest Academy.
The Eagles are now 6-6 on the season as they head into The Lion's Tournament over spring break. Their next game will be on Monday 4/11 as they host El Camino at home @ 4PM.
