SFC cheerleaders Randie Lehberg (Jr), Gracie Shelhamer (So), and Bridget Cole (So) have been selected to participate in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes All-American Peach Bowl experience. FCA Cheer All-Americans are invited to attend the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl held in December in Atlanta, GA. This year, FCA had 787 cheerleaders attend team and private camps of which 105 girls were chosen as All-Americans. The tryouts consisted of participating in a cheer, a dance routine, and a jump. Each girl that makes FCA All-American Honors is rewarded with a medal, patch, certificate and an invitation to the Peach Bowl experience.
In addition to earning All-American honors, the girls are invited to attend the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl where there will be a banquet hosted by the FCA cheer staff and special guests. The girls will also march in the Peach Bowl parade on game day, lead a pep rally in the World Congress Center at the fan fest, and then go to the stadium to take photos on the field and record their cheer routines.
The SFC cheer program is an integral part of school spirit, from pep rallies to CIF playoffs, the SFC community is thankful for all of the contributions from the SFC cheer program that help make school events so special.
Congratulations to this year's FCA All-Americans!
Go Eagles!
